Coming in the first quarter of 2008, APA in put into service an Alltec DNA-Series diode-pumped Nd: YAG Laser Marker. This machine is a 50 Wattversion and will be used in line with a Komax Gamma 333PC cutting strippingand crimping machine. This addition gives APA a permanent capability which is often required for Avionic and Military applications. Wire and multiconductor cable can be marked for 10AWG to 26AWG size product.

APA, Inc. has increased capacity and improved quality through the purchase of a Komax Gamma 333PC, an automated wire cutting, stripping and crimping machine. The 333PC is capable of processing 3,500 units per hour. The 333PC has been equipped with Crimp Force Monitors providing real time crimp force analysis with statistical evaluation. Processing wires up to 33 feet in length and wire range of 10AWG to 26AWG gives this equipment great flexibility. The Komax Gamma 333PC was commissioned in August 2003 by APA, Inc.
Additional capabilities include:
Electro Mechanical Assemblies- Can include but not limited to Control
Panels, Faceplates and Motor Terminations
Box Builds- Power Supplies, Sub Assemblies and Final Assemblies
Avionics Harnesses- All types, sizes and volumes, large to small
Laser Marking- 10AWG-26AWG wire or cable
